Blog Entry

I lost a few more pounds and I feel great but have been feeling kinda sluggish lately anybody have any advice on what could be making me feel so tired! I have been getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep but just feel run down some days!

    Hi there~ Sleep is good… that’s when you repair your body the most after your workouts. I’m guessing (and this is a W.A.G.) that you’re not eating enough for all this new activity. Could you post an example of your daily menu, with portion sizes? That might help pin-point something that will help figure out the mystery. ;)

    I know this blog entry is old, but low testosterone can make you sluggish, too. As we get older, the level in our system drops.
