Can someone tell me why I feel guilty for sleeping half of the day? I know sleep is important and I was tired and a littleĀ sick. I feel if I am not working out every single moment I get that I am failing! Any advice anyone?

If you get sleepy a lot, it might be because you are low on carbs and if that is the case you need to increase the good fat….if not you will be drain, specially if you workout a lot.

I do some intense workout today and straight away I wanted to sleep, still do….Carbs is what you need..
