I lost a few more pounds and I feel great but have been feeling kinda sluggish lately anybody have any advice on what could be making me feel so tired! I have been getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep but just feel run down some days!
Can someone tell me why I feel guilty for sleeping half of the day? I know sleep is important and I was tired and a little sick. I feel if I am not working out every single moment I get that I am failing! Any advice anyone?
I am trying some different local gyms and am having fun meeting new people but really just looking for that great atmosphere. You know that good vibe you get at certain gyms where you feel comfortable and not so many "PROS" but it’s all good I am kinda picky!
