BEEN WORK 12 HOURS AND MORE A DAY . IT HAS BEEN REALLY BUSY . BUT STILL HAVE STUCK TO MY DIET. HAD ONE THIS I HAD TO STOP TRYING TO GIVE UP THAT WAS COFFEE FOR MY CAFFEINE PROBLEM LOL OH WELL . NOT REALLY UP SET ABOUT THAT ONE CAUSE I LOVE STARBUCKS .

bk :banana and strawberry smoothie fat 3 cal 300 , sank Apple , lunch Campbells light soup fat 0 cal 120, sank banana, supper a pure protein meal bar 5 fat cal 500 cal.

how did i get sick LOL it seem as soon as i hit the gym really good i get sick just to through me off track. I have a really bad summer cold no gym on 05/01 and looks like i am not going to get the sleep i need to hit it on 05/02.

today i stated inferno maxx and power maxx . I notice that i was not able to finish all my reps on my upper body the 2 seem to make my muscles peak out before my 12 rep
