Okay, time to assess the past summer. I drank, I ate too well and I slipped on my goals, my training and my running. Sound familiar? Oh well. No sense in looking unless to extract some motivation or technique to fix my go forward goals… What are my goals? Well, basically the same as always. body composition. I was down to 215 at my lowest in the year and now i am back up to 230. So, my diet is back on. My running is back on. And I need to make sure my 4 nights per week in the gym take place. I cant wait for ABS, Chest and Bi’s tonight!
