Well soon I will see if the diet and all of the work will pay off. Weekends are so tough to stay on track with my meal plans. Not so much what I eat but my schedule. I just have so much to do every weekend to catch up that it is hard to eat at the right times. I think the Test B product from Hard nutrition is working well. I feel strong even on a low carb intake. Leg day is coming tomorrow so we will see.

Even if I’m on no where near the diet/schedule you are, I can sympathize with your weekend eating dilemma. On weekdays my diet’s decent … wekends it goes to heck due to everything being different. Just a little while longer! You’ve done so well to date I’m sure you can find a way to stick it out for just 2 more weeks

Yeah I think so. My wife and I are going away tonight to a winery here in nj. All of the kids are not home for once so we are taking advantage of it. So after a day of wine tasteing and such I will have to get back on track. The guys at the gym are saying that I am looking very good and to stay focused wich is not too hard. I have had to sit and watch my family eat ice cream 4-5 times when we all go out for our summer evening jaunts. It is all good though. I just drool.
