well i been experimenting on and off what works best for my abs..
For some reason regular crunches and situps and leg raises wont do anything to me i can do em all day and nigth.. Nothing….
For the last 6 weeks i went all weigthed abs workout and BOOM!!! there it is.
Huge result by changing the workout every 2 weeks and keep it all wieghted… So i finally found what worked best for me and ill keep doing it , ill eventually changed it up a bit and try new things see what my reaction to it is….
CAN U SAY 8 PACK!!!!!!

so i was thinking of trying out a combination of two products i recently researched… gaspari nutrition superpump250 and size on….
but i really dont wanna rely on supplements to do the job, since i been doing pretty good with just whey protein and waxy maize….. what to do?

So i started this program by kris gethin it looks like he has a pretty good program set up so ill give it a try… see how it works for me….
is a 12 week program divided into three days of lifting and cardio everday…..
so is week 1-2 for me…
