This is my first BodyBlog…to be honest, I am making an effort to direct you guys to my site…but in an effort to keep up with this page, I am currentyl about 5% BF and prepping for a shoot this coming Tuesday.  It’s an outdoor workout shoot which should turn a few heads!  I will also get a chance to shoot for the first time with my beautiful girlfriend, Kia…who is one of the newest Pro Bikini Models for FAME!
