Well I have done part of what Larryeat2 suggested...i have the body I want up on the fridge. Its been up there so long now though, I sort of look passed it. Lol I should probably take all the other stuff off-family photos and everything. Not sure about posting a pic of me in bathing suit...Don't know if hubby and kids will want to see that every time they go to get a snack. I'll have to mull that one over for a while. lol
Good advice though Larryeat2. I do like your suggestions for sneaking in a little exercise...I'll have to work on that. Thank you.

Larryeat2 has a good point about the picture thing. In college I dated a girl that did this and it helped her stay focused

Put a picture of yourself in a swim suit on your refrigerator next to a picture of a body you want, that helps me out. For motivation to get out of a lazy phase, all you gotta do is get up and do something...anything. Like if your watching tv, when the commercials come on get up and do a quick set of jumping-jacks. Or when your walking around the house, walk on your tippy toes to get a calf workout. And there's always your friends here on BodySpace for extra support and help. Good luck!!!

Yeah, as far as my hubby, I don't know whats up with that...but oh well...maybe I just need to be more assertive about it...
we don't really eat fast food. It upsets my stomach too much. When I was talking about cost...It was mostly about produce. Some of it is so outrageously priced...At least here in AK it is. It might be different in the states.
But yeah, laziness is definitely a big problem, but at least I get some exercise by taking care of 2 kids all day and housework, so I'm not sitting on my ass ALL the time lol. Its a start anyway. Hopefully I'll get that motivation again. I seem to go through spurts.

Anyway, thanks for your encouragement. :)

Will power means alot when everything gets like this. A little encouragement can go a long way, too. It is really easy to just grab a burger on the run, instead of "whipping something up", but it is a major set-back to just take the easy way out sometimes. I have no imagination when it comes to packing my lunch every day, but I found what works for me, and usually pack the exact same thing day in, day out. I probably should be tired of it by now, but on the weekends I usually eat a little different. I try not to get carried away, though. Just find what works for you, and keep things simple. Forget about what everybody else is having, you are the only one that can really take control of what you are doing... and when you reach your goals, pat yourself on the back, and let everybody know that YOU did it while they watched.

Its all up to you! Your hubby should be encouraging you and not bringin that type of food around you(no disrespect) and also you cant lose weight if your lazy hehe! The way I look at it is if you get a loaf of bread a pack of sliced turkey and some lettuce you can make what 6-10 sanwiches for probably the price of one or two fast food meals! Also fast food will slow the weight loss down so much you might as well just give up! If I eat one say McDonalds burger if Im on the run and have nothin I can feel it for up too 3 days just sitting in my system! Just get it figured out, you can do it I know you can!
