Dead Lifts!
I did dead lifts for the first time tonight with a little bit of weight. I have some work to do!!! I think I need to get myself a lifting belt before I can load up some plates. I only went up to 225 and that almost killed me, it was friggin tough!

You will not regret adding deadlifts to your workouts, they’ll add mass to your legs and back and are good for the whole body!
