Happy Holidays

Well as usual the holidays have begun to descend upon us in swarms. I managed to stave off Halloween and all its candy and junk. I even managed to get through my finals at school and still meagerly make it to the gym. Then came Thanksgiving and the battle of the overstuffed, overeating, and all the junk that goes with it. Somehow I even managed to survive that battle, not win just survive. Now we are in to the season of the cookies and children and presents and STRESS. I have learned a very valuable lesson this year. Stress does not help muscles grow. I am still fighting to stay on my workout routine and not give up. I will be getting back to posting my stats back up again so i can better manage my progress. Wish me luck, and May all your Christmas dreams come true.  Happy Holidays from mine to yours.

First workout.

Well I started my workout routine last night. I forgot how great you feel after a great workout. I am breaking my workout into three parts: workout 1 is Chest, Shoulders, and Tri’s. Workout 2 is Back, Lats, and Bi’s. Workout 3 is Legs and Abs with a bit of all body lifts (Power Cleans and Clean and Jerks). I will see how well this mix will work. I am also going to be starting on my protein supplements this week. I should be up loading my first progress pics this week. Time to see how far this goal will take me.

Welcome to my Body Blog. I have never tried to do anything like this before. I am 30 and have not workedout or even really exercized in 8 yrs. I remember how good it used to feel to work out and stay in shape, so i figured I would actually set some goals and see how far I can make it.
