Welcome to my Body Blog. I have never tried to do anything like this before. I am 30 and have not workedout or even really exercized in 8 yrs. I remember how good it used to feel to work out and stay in shape, so i figured I would actually set some goals and see how far I can make it. My only advice would be to not work out in your kilt…lol! Seriously, I am just messing with you.
Working out is like riding a bike, you never really forget, you just have to get "up to speed" on all the newest models. Same with working out…just need to educate on the latest supps, workouts, etc.
