First workout.
Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008Well I started my workout routine last night. I forgot how great you feel after a great workout. I am breaking my workout into three parts: workout 1 is Chest, Shoulders, and Tri’s. Workout 2 is Back, Lats, and Bi’s. Workout 3 is Legs and Abs with a bit of all body lifts (Power Cleans and Clean and Jerks). I will see how well this mix will work. I am also going to be starting on my protein supplements this week. I should be up loading my first progress pics this week. Time to see how far this goal will take me.
