Ok trying to put more attention to workouts

2009.01.22

Looks like im got big stretch of distractions (mostly linked to intense work schedule and problems with place for living) in the last 7 months. Im had find new place to live and have to push the limits of my money earning capabilities to get over these problems. In spite of these conditions Im at least managed not to loose too much of my physical condition. Of course I have skipped a lot of workouts, meals and not been able to get enough sleep. Im hope what now im can put more efforts or effecive training schedule.

Conclusion…

2008.02.08

Ok I’m have been very busy in last time. And barely managed to keep up with my training and eating schedule. However looks like my monday training has been very effective (im still feel pain in my legs while moving). And I also come to definitive conclusion what for me is better to do squats first and then deadlifts. In this way my back much better holds in place.

Still working on Left arm joint strengthening….

2008.01.23

In today’s training I’m still not to be able to do Dumbbell Flye and French Press exercises in full movement range (the bottom movement par
t of left arm). I’m still could not get rid off unpleasant clicks in elbow and shoulder joints in left arm - so I’m doing low weight recovering exercise in lover movement part and full weight exercises on upper motion part.
