Hey wats up everbody? this is my first blog ever lol so it migh suck but its all good. but anyway, comin up this october im gona be competing in a benching contest… i have to drop five pounds by october and im open for any advice- cuase i def need sum lol- cuz i really dont hav a diet i jus try to stay away from bad foods… and my max right now is about 310 and my goal is 350 by oct 25 for the contest… and i need sum advice for that as well.. iv talked to trey brewer and he has given me sum great advice for my diet which i will try to do…. but thanks to anyone that reads this and gives me advice.
