WELL I IMPROVED!!!
Tuesday, February 27th, 2007I went up 10 lbs on bench and curls. Im now at 255 lbs on bench and 135 lbs on curls. My biggest jump was my over head press. I went from 155 lbs to 170 lbs. Still not what I want but its a slow process im just glad I went up. Im loosing weight so im dissapointed in that. Well now I start my two week low weight high rep work out to change things up. Ill post picks after this two weeks.
