WELL I IMPROVED!!!
I went up 10 lbs on bench and curls. Im now at 255 lbs on bench and 135 lbs on curls. My biggest jump was my over head press. I went from 155 lbs to 170 lbs. Still not what I want but its a slow process im just glad I went up. Im loosing weight so im dissapointed in that. Well now I start my two week low weight high rep work out to change things up. Ill post picks after this two weeks.
