"I just had a toumor removed from my spinal cord and i gained alot of weight. I want to get my body back to a weight im happy with and get cut back up. I want to get ripped so when I take off my shirt my wife cant keep her hands off me."

WELL I IMPROVED!!!

I went up 10 lbs on bench and curls. Im now at 255 lbs on bench and 135 lbs on curls. My biggest jump was my over head press. I went from 155 lbs to 170 lbs. Still not what I want but its a slow process im just glad I went up. Im loosing weight so im dissapointed in that. Well now I start my two week low weight high rep work out to change things up. Ill post picks after this two weeks.

I have one more week!!

Well I have one more week on my heavy lift program and I remax. Ill be remaxing on Monday the 25th. I cant wait I feel I have made advances. I feel stronger and I know im lifting more I cant wait to find out if I went up. Ill be posting some prgress pics I know I look different. I can see my chest is bigger and my arms look bigger I guess well see. Ill post when I find out the changes.

I finally made it!!!

I finally got promoted. I made my E-6 "Staff Sergeant". Now for my next goal make my E-7 " Sergeant First Class" before 12 years. and get to the weight and body build i want. Well i will keep everyone informed. 2 more weeks and i re-max to see if ive improved. Check out my photos the ones in the uniforms are my only progress pics at this point from E-5 to E-6.

Well not the improvments i wanted!!!

Well i didnt go up on bench any still at 245. I only went up on my curls im at 125 now. Kinda disappointed just wasnt feeling it in the gym today. Well all i can do is push my self harder. Im gonna gone another 3 weeks on my program and remax. If no progress then its time to change my routine. Well ill keep my progress posted.
