Alrighty, so this is my first post, my first journal entry. I’ve always been pretty thin and until my 18th birthday (last year), weighed 110 at 5′5". I was toned looking and it was great. Suddenly I gained like 15 lbs in 3 months, which was odd because I never had to worry about what I ate. I went up 2-3 pant sizes. I had cellulite everywhere. It’s hereditary, it’s in my arms, legs, stomach, it’s really sick. I started eating healthy and didn’t see much improvement.

When I workout and eat very little I weigh around 120 give or take a lb or two. Now I haven’t really given a crap, and so I weigh around 126. I know that if I keep working out and eating right I can get down to about 120 again, but I’m just really hoping to get some muscle tone or something to stop this disgusting cellulite, and get some better defined abs.

So either today or tomorrow I’ll start working out again (I have to buy a mp3 player first, or at least headphones!) I’ll probably do some interval running/walking on the treadmill, which as of now means going for around 20-23 minutes and burning 200 calories, possibly more on the elliptical, and I’ll start some weight training concentrating on my hamstrings 3 days a week.

My calorie intake should be below 1400, and so I’ll have 5-6 snacks around 150 calories, and then maybe one larger one (like 300 calories).

Here are some pics of me on the 24th of last month, still before I’ve changed anything, in bad lighting and good. Mischa Barton right there. Nice. If anyone knows ways to seriously reduce cellulite I’m all ears. It’s just they way my fat and muscles are I guess, even on my skinny wrists where you can see the tendons, if I pull the skin you can see the dimpling, it’s rediculious.

Also, I’ll be starting an EC stack next week (if it ever ships out), so we’ll see how that goes.
