Have taken the last week off and the next week off training also. Am going out of town for a business trip (Germany) for a week. Plus, I have been working tons of O.T. lately and just been ..blah..But when I return, I plan on busting it up again.
I just finished a month of NOS-ETHER and really enjoyed the results. PLan on stepping it up a notch when I return with a stack of NOS-ETHER–DIESEL TEST STACK–AND R4W.
I am bound to hit my goals if it kills me..hahahahaha

Well, today was the first day with the trainer..I thought I was ready for it, but it seems I haven’t been lifting quite right..worked the back today..started with deads (which I don’t normally do) 4 sets..2 of 12 and 2 of 8..those damn near killed me…lat pulldowns where next..I do these, but apperently not heavy enough. Kept losing my grip. (he says I need straps)…Next went the the seated rows (narrow grip)..I could do these for the most part but still whipped from the deads..last was a Hammer Strength ISO lat pulldown…(I do these also, but not as heavy)…grip is shot at this point, so I could barely hold on for 6 reps without re-adjusting.
Back at it tommorrow morning.

I am thinking of taking this to the next level…so I am hiring a personal trainer for awhile to help me get back on track with my lifting

How I stay motivated? Let me tell you about me. I am the typical person. I work 9+ hours a day, 5 to 6 days/ week. I sit behind a computer most of the day. My job is has its stressers, not to bad most of the time but when they do hit, they are good.
I am married (14 years) and I have a teenage daughter. Homeowner with 3 freaking crazy cats in the house. So, if you start adding all this up, the stress does come to a head IF it isn’t taken care of.
That is one on the main reasons I go to the gym and workout. It helps me keep alot of crap from getting into the household. (Work belongs at work). If I have a bad day at work then I leave it at the gym.
(1) I do it to relieve stress
More later, then I will list them all.

My gym has been getting some ‘new’ equipment latley..Some Hammer Strength machines are making their way in….I guess they are good..We never had them so I don’t have anything to compare.
Incline ISO machine was there yesterday..After my incline Db sets.. Did 4 sets..70–80–90–50…I noticed the HS..So I gave it a shot..Did 3 plates on each side..I thought it was VERY SMOOTH..Seems like one could go real heavy on this machine.
NE 1 know the answer to this?

Just a quick note…Jumped on the scale this morning after my first week of dialing in the diet..and a just a quick look said I was down a couple of lbs from last week. Going to the end of March with this..so I can estimate what my bady can do in about a month (26 days) to be exact.
Then comes the math
