Hey i really want my glutes peeled for the next show and my squats are good, leg press and im wondering what will really get them to be crazy ripped!??

A girl at my gym showed me a trick when doing walking lunges. As you come up from doing a lunge do a back kick with the opposite leg before going down with it. it has really tightened my glutes up quite a bit.
