Its Labor Day weekend here and what to do?

Shoulders

What an intense shoulder day yesterday, Im really tryn to bring out the rear delts and up the whole shoulder just a little.. What im doing is giant sets but keeping all sets in the shoulders.  So lateral raises with 15lbs, 25lbs and then 35lbs all for 25 reps, then with no rest right to incline bench lateral raises with 20lbs for another 25, and to finish the set standing up right rows with 50 lbs for 25 reps!  Yikes now repeat for 6 sets and tell me how that feels!!!!! its working there growing!

still holding it!

So im still holding onto 185 lbs!!  I think its the goat meat diet!  Im serious the meats and other protiens are so heavy and rich so its almost a little easier for me to put on a little weight right now.. New Zealand has something in there water!!
