Hey I’ am trying to change my bod, I workout every now and then i used to run daily but i had to stop i cant gain any weight , i tried the weight gain powder nothing worked can someone Please tell me what iam doing wrong , some people love my size but i dont my 11year old nephew is bigger then me now that sucks,,, Iam open to any ideas …………

Man i use to have alot of trouble putting on weight i tried all the bull shit weight gainers powders. You just gotta eat eat and eat even when you are not hungry. chicken Breast, Tuna, Bread, Fish,Peanuts, Beagles, Egg Whites, Oat Meal, Pork Chops, Grits, Backed Potatoes. Get you a meal plan and eat every 2 hours and you will put on the pounds quick.As for supplements only whey protein powders,bcaa and creatine

lol. man u make it sound so EZ but its so hard I try to make myself eat but i cant iam so stuck on one meal a day, and the powder dont work.or maybe its just me.. hell i dont know, but thanks for the help…

Kirk From Cleveland here I think you need to weight train more and maybe plan your diet on paper and follow it the best you can
- What are some goals that you have ? can you pick any body that resembles the way you want to look like.
Certain famous bodybuilder or athlete?
meaning does this person have the body that you may want. That will help with your goals and motivation.
Are working out at home or at a gym.?
I can help you with some of those goals.
think about it and answer those questions
Answering the first question _you should weight train and not do too much cardio
That will help buid quality muscle -the cardio will be good for defining the muscle
