ok so i’m an insomniac
i need to
-have no caffeine after noon
-use the bed only for sleep and sex
-expose myself to sunlight as soon as i wake up
-wake up the same time every morning
-exercise 4-6 hours b4 bed
-sleep in near total darkness
-not get excited b4 bed (whoops i just looked at my friends list.haha. j/k.)
still not working… anyone wanna talk?
