i need to
-have no caffeine after noon
-use the bed only for sleep and sex
-expose myself to sunlight as soon as i wake up
-wake up the same time every morning
-exercise 4-6 hours b4 bed
-sleep in near total darkness
-not get excited b4 bed (whoops i just looked at my friends list.haha. j/k.)
still not working… anyone wanna talk?

if i bust my butt in the gym and eat right then i don’t get enough sleep. or vice verca. it seems like i just cant get ahead. and worse, now that i didn’t sleep last night i don’t feel like working out today.

I wanna start taking it. I know all about kre-alkaline, and it’s relatively cheap. What about this CE2 stuff? Is it that much better? Anybody taking it?
