Well it has been awhile since I have posted anything. Workouts were on break there for awhile but I really picked it up when I was overseas for a month doing Navy training. They have carried over since I got back until last week. I had PRK (laser eye surgery) so I have to take it easy on the weights for a week or so. Not really happy about it but atleast I don’t have to worry about contacts or glasses any more. As for work outs before the surgery I put up 315 for 3 squating not to bad. I am really looking for some advice on what I would need to do to train for a bodybuilding comp a few years down the line.

So my spring break was uneventful but I did get into the gym every day and got a good lift. People at home did notice I had gotten a little bigger it was nice to hear the work was paying off, and it was nice to sleep into 1 then lift and just chill. Hope everyone elses week went well.

It’s been one month sinceĀ I started hitting the weights hard, and today I finally measured again and I put on about an inch in all of my measurements I was pumped. I just have to keep it up. I’m goign to post new pictures in the next day or two.

I am looking for something to use as a good pre-workout boost. I was thinking no-xplode, what are peoples opinion?
