					<description>I understand about work and all. Being busy is a good thing, but being overworked is a bad thing. At least your getting back into the workout routine. 
Just when I thought I was accomplishing a goal, you just made me feel rather weak. (lol) I think 630 lb. is GREAT! I am only up to 350 x 8. My goal is 400 by the first of the month. Keep going with it.</description>
