Getting my spine realigned

When I was 16 I was in a motorcycle accident and hurt my left shoulder and lower back.  Apparently my spine has been out of alignment since that time and I never knew it.  I have lived with severe pain for 27 yrs and still lifted weights.  I found a new doctor that is fabulous.  A wonderful chiropractor that is in the bldg that I work in.  So I go everyday for treatment.  I feel wonderful and can now move in ways that I have not been able too for 27 yrs.  I am starting to get even stronger.  Each week I have tremendous gains.  I am starting to amaze even myself.  If you have any back problems and live in the Pgh area you should check out Dr. Grossman at the Greater Pittsburgh Chiropractor Centers Inc.  They have 3 offices in Wexford, 724.935.7440  where I go, and also in Cranberry 724.772.7440 and Imperial 724.695.7440 .  Use my name:  Jada    I am telling you that you will feel like a brand new person.  Thanks for listening.

Well that’s got to feel GREAT!!! I’m happy for you. Living with pain sucks. Now I can’t wait to see how you grow as you workout without the nagging pains. Upward and onward!

    Eddy,
Truly it has been hard to work out with lower back pains lasting for days after doing squats and especially back, but that is what seperates the men from the boys, it is our ability to carry on and to never admit defeat. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger and I intend to be super strong.
