Haven’t been working out much lately because my job is exhausting. 72-100 hrs a week for months now. I am physically fatigued. Been a while since I have been to the gym. Started back 3 times a week about 1 month ago. One thing I never lose is my leg strength. I beat my old max of 600# this week by doing 630# for 5 reps. And that was my 5th set. Surprised myself. My muscles don’t grow large but they are strong. I cannot squat any more because my lower back is so bad from injuries so the leg press is it for me along with the assisted squat machine. If I could squat I would definately be competting again. Anyways just wanted to share that. Thanks for listening. Remember "Train Hard or Get out of my way!!!" LOL

Okay I have been very good all year and my list to Santa was very specific. All I wanted for Christmas was 1, just 1, very handsome hot sexy body builder guy under my tree when I wake up in the morning. Well I guess I wasn’t as good as I thought I was because there was no sexy hunk under my tree. So what do naughty girls get for Christmas then?

I have been trying to get to 600# on leg press for a while now. Hit it last night with ease. Haven’t even been lifting as hard lately because I took a new job and I work extremely long hours. Just wanted to see what I had in me last night. Feeling a bit aggressive and thought I am gonna try for 600 and damn if I didn’t get it for 3 reps. I am so pumped and on fire to train even harder now. I love this stuff. Wish that all my other muscle could be this strong.

When I was 16 I was in a motorcycle accident and hurt my left shoulder and lower back. Apparently my spine has been out of alignment since that time and I never knew it. I have lived with severe pain for 27 yrs and still lifted weights. I found a new doctor that is fabulous. A wonderful chiropractor that is in the bldg that I work in. So I go everyday for treatment. I feel wonderful and can now move in ways that I have not been able too for 27 yrs. I am starting to get even stronger. Each week I have tremendous gains. I am starting to amaze even myself. If you have any back problems and live in the Pgh area you should check out Dr. Grossman at the Greater Pittsburgh Chiropractor Centers Inc. They have 3 offices in Wexford, 724.935.7440 where I go, and also in Cranberry 724.772.7440 and Imperial 724.695.7440 . Use my name: Jada I am telling you that you will feel like a brand new person. Thanks for listening.

Well I have had a goal of 540# on leg press for some time now. Since I partially dislocated my right hip last november I had to almost start over with the leg press. Well I have been stuck at 450# for quite some time now but tonight I finally did it. I got 540# for 3 reps. Praise God!!! I finally feel like I am really gaining some muscle mass and tons of strength. Can’t wait to see what happens next week.

a 14 yr old boy left me a message about tapping me and I just figured that was the wrong kind of attention to be getting so I took all of my pics out of the gallery. I am on this site to get feedback regarding lifting not sex. I know I put up some sexy pics but I won’t be doing that any more. I left my progress pics on my body space so if you are one of my friends and want to check in to see how things are going with me you will have to check out the progress pics from now on. I started power lifting training this week for competition. I plan to compete next year, but I might compete this August if I can get strong enough. Pretty close now, but I do have my goals. So that all being said, I am very very focused and I am not going to be distracted. Thanks for checking in on me and thanks for all of the fabulous comments and the encouragement. It really helps alot!!!

My best friend of 22 yrs found out she has diabetes and it is bad. So I go see her every weekend to help her with things like diet and exercise. It affected her eyes so I would drive her back and forth to work on the week ends. Well this is starting to put a huge dent in my workouts. Between work and her, I am not hitting the gym as often as I used too. And I am almost completely exhausted. That is one reason I am dieting so hard now. But because I am dieting I feel weaker. Trying to keep my reps up high for definition. Well my friend is finally getting the whole concept of the diet and now eats 6 to 9 egg whites every morning and virtually no carbs. Her sugar spikes high some times. Got her drinking some low carb EAS protein shakes as well. She is a vegetarian. So if anyone has an suggestions to help me out with her I would greatly appreciate it. Because this is that one friend that I just can’t live without. As for me, I do everything I can to get excerise, like walking the stairs at work instead of using the elevator. Hey thanks for listening.

This it the most challenging thing I have ever done. Man I just can’t believe how hard it is to get the fat off of the mid section. Well I lost 1/2" off my waist so far in less than 2 wks. I am not trying to have it happen overnight so that it stays off permanently. I am dieting and working out hard. I also purchased an AB-DOER Extreme to help with the process, this I can do at home. And it is fun. This chair works great. I highly recommend it!!
