Get into the music
I got to say I would not be able to go through any of my workout with my zune. It’s something about have your favorite music blasting in your ear when you lifting . You totally forget about your sounding and get into the music and the workout that you have to endure. I might be def by the time I turn 40 but at least I will be in shape. Myself as far music goes its has to be hip hop and r n b fast pace. Favorite musicians 50 cent l.l. cool j busta rhymes as far as rap r n b musiq soulchild and mint condition. So if you aren’t already playing music when you workout try it it’s a great motivating tool.

your playlist sounds like mine! LOL i’m the same way. need that music to keep me going. there’s some young buck on my iPod too… anger is good for a boost sometimes… and some assorted reggaeton artists… makes me smile. and i’ve been known to break out into spontaneous dancing on the treadmill… tee hee…
