My 3rd week of gym in lunch time
I kinda like to do my gym during lunch time where there is no people in the gym or one or two people. I can do my super set or tri set or giant set without clashing with the gym equipment with the other guys. This afternoon one of the guy decide to join my gym workout during lunch starting on the 3rd August. Altogther i have coached 4 guys. All of them have good results as there are motivated and a good listener. I hope to help as much over-weight poeple or wanted to help them get fit and healthy as my bodybuilding goal for FREE. At the moment, my cousin is progressing very well, except another friend, Tan who is not so dedicate to bodybuiding due to his workload. I hope he can find other alternatives e.g. doing some fat burning and muscle building at home with Tabata protocol, dumbbell, pushup, situp, body squats and so on. Anyway, this new guy who weighs 80kg with the height of 5′6" plan to have a 63kg and ripped body. I will do my best to help him achieve his goal.
