I kinda like to do my gym during lunch time where there is no people in the gym or one or two people. I can do my super set or tri set or giant set without clashing with the gym equipment with the other guys. This afternoon one of the guy decide to join my gym workout during lunch starting on the 3rd August. Altogther i have coached 4 guys. All of them have good results as there are motivated and a good listener. I hope to help as much over-weight poeple or wanted to help them get fit and healthy as my bodybuilding goal for FREE. At the moment, my cousin is progressing very well, except another friend, Tan who is not so dedicate to bodybuiding due to his workload. I hope he can find other alternatives e.g. doing some fat burning and muscle building at home with Tabata protocol, dumbbell, pushup, situp, body squats and so on. Anyway, this new guy who weighs 80kg with the height of 5′6" plan to have a 63kg and ripped body. I will do my best to help him achieve his goal.

Hi Guys n Gals, Now i am in my office back to work after my 1.5hrs of gym workout during my lunch break. Today i did shoulders, biceps and triceps with 5 mins of high cardio at the stationery bike, I feel today i am more energetic compare to the first two days of lunch time workout. I think my body system is getting use to this new routine. I hope i can see some gains

I felt so sleepy and tired in my office.
Just drank my BSN cellmass immediately after my workout, then wait 30mins to drink my protein shake and my meal replacement pack, then have an apple. Maybe later an hour i will have my cereal bar. I think my body is really shock with this lunch time workout. Just dont have that much adrenaline to pump iron compare in the evening. I must make my body get use to this lunchtime workout for a month. Then i will give my body another surprise workout session again hehehehe…

Today is my 2nd day of gym workout during my lunch time. And I am guessing that my body must be shock with this new routine. Yesterady deadlifts and front row was a brutal workout which increase my heart beat and i love it. Today i am gonna focus more on my legs with brutal squats, leg extension, ham curls and so on, and with a high/low intensity threadmill for 20mins. This will definitely burn my body fats. This morning i have replenish my body with BSN Nitrix, Cellmass and ON Oats and Whey. Also with my own made tuna with low fat cheese bun hehehe…. 10 more mins to lunch and i am gonna pump hard and fast iron. Hope to hear some of your comments if anyone ever do their gym workout during lunch time in their office hour hehehe
