Quad Pull

I pulled my right quad this morning while blastin’ my legs so now I am walking around like an old man ;)

What an interesting feeling when it happens and the thought that went through my head was "I f’d something up!"

I’ve been sipping on Scivation Xtend to aid with the repair work since it helps with my normal post workout recovery.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to get some upper body work in this week to keep the lean mass gains going and until my quad is ready for the iron again.

Keep blastin’ the iron!

    Ouch, ouch, ouch! Though I suspect you may have said - or at least thought - something a little stronger when it happened. Take it easy, of course, you’ve made tremendous progress over the past couple years and there’s no reason to worry that this injury will set you back. Good plan to focus on the upper body until you’re fully recovered. Take it easy!

    Hey bro, sorry to hear about that. Make sure you wrap and ice that injury as much as you can. Just take your time before you go heavy again, you dont want to prolong your recovery. Btw, what exercise did you injure it on? B

    The only good thing about a pulled quad: When it heals….Take it slow, and possibly put off the big stuff for now, in favor of rep work.
