More Sled Draggin’ with Truck Pushing
Tuesday, August 25th, 2009Tonight was my abs & cardio day but it turned into dragging the sled once again and the addition of a truck push.
I dragged 270 lbs down and back the length of a football two times forward and two times backward achieving some serious quads, glutes, and calves punishment.
We topped off the leg assault with a truck push down the length of a football field.
