First, I must thank jjd6290 for capturing my posing routine at the 2009 NPC Novice Michigan Bodybuilding Championships, thanks Joe!

As I have mentioned in an earlier blog, I had an absolute blast at my first comp and this video capture it!

Now it’s time to kick my diet and training back in gear for the 2009 NPC Natural Michigan Bodybuilding Championships July 18.

Hey, great pre-contest progress pics with your blog. I like that idea. I am going to to that as well, but I am dedicated to adding a lot of mass (drug free) after the summer. AZ’s too hot to get fat in the summer!

Congrats on your placing. Must be a great feeling after such hard work. Keep slamming the legs, and everything else will follow.
