3rd Place at the 2009 NPC Novice Michigan!
I absolutely had a blast last night with my first competition the 2009 NPC Novice Michigan Bodybuilding Championships!
I placed 3rd in the Open Lightweight division and what is also cool about last night is that all from my gym who competed at the show either won their class or placed, AWESOME!
If you are considering doing a show, DO IT! You will have so much fun and at the same time meet a lot of great people who have the same mindset and work ethic as you.

Jeff, I made it to the theatre last night to see you and I don’t know if you could hear me but I was shouting "Go Jeff!" several times as you were posing. It was very cool to go to see someone I am acquainted with pose on stage. Your "jacked" attitude really came across last night as you posed! I want to congratulate you on placing 3rd!! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!
