I improved on my squats once again!
Sunday, March 25th, 2007With some helpful motivation from Paul (Animal Mutha), I improved on my 495 lbs squat by hitting 505 lbs for 5 reps!
Here’s the squat breakdown:
Warm-Ups 225X15 & 225×15, 315X12, 405X12, 495X7, 505X5, 315X10, 225X12
I also hit leg extension, leg curl, both seated and standing calf raises, hip abduction & adduction, barbell lunges (for stretching), and finished up with hack squats.
Another most excellent leg training day.
