2 months into cutting/leaning out…

This is my two month cutting and leaning out status report and I can report that all is going well. I am finally overcoming a metabolism that wants to fight me and hold onto some fat storage. My physique is progressing well; I am still able to put on size while reducing by bodyfat percentage. I have introduced BSN supplements to my training arsenal. I can say that if my transformation continues at this pace, I may just consider entering a local BB competition either in late spring or early summer.

Waiting to go to the gym…

Sitting here at the computer waiting for my wife to return from "power shopping". I have been reading over all of the progress that so many BodySpace members are making and I am getting pumped to train legs today. If she would just get home already! Should be a killer workout today with the motivation I have gotten from BodySpace.

This is a great place.

Just a quick post to mention that I have added my training/workout program to my BodySpace site.

I am planning on posting my weight lifting tracker from my visits to the high school weight room on Wednesday and Saturday of each week.

Fat Loss and the BodySpace site…

I have been working on cutting fat from my body while adding muscle. I am striving to have good visual results with my back, arms, shoulders, chest and legs by the end of November 2006. Progress with my abs will probably take a littile longer ;-)

To assist me with my fat loss goal, I made a short video of my chest and back to set a baseline to see how I am progressing over time. This video has been uploaded to my BodySpace site.

I can honestly say that the BodySpace site and the friends I have made on here has improved my motivation and enabled me to better understand and control my diet along with training smarter from both weight lifting and cardio aspects.
