Pilates
Monday, November 24th, 2008On Saturday I was feeling a bit lazy. Too cold to do anything outside and my house was already clean so I decided to pop in a pilates video and do a bit of exercising. It takes a lot for my legs to get sore so while doing the video I figured I’d really push it. Holy cow!! I woke up yesterday and my legs were screaming at me and they still are today. I figure it’s a good thing and I really need to add more squats and lunges into my routine. I will stick with the upper body for a few days or at least until I can walk up and down the stair normal.
