In The mood…
Thursday, July 31st, 2008I’m totally loving what working out does for my mood! Last three weeks have been extremely stressful for me and no matter what I couldn’t get away from it; I was getting it from every angle. So I did the only thing I could aside from becoming a drunk or pill popper; I worked out - HARD! I spent anywhere from two to five hours working out and/or walking. Now normally I couldn’t afford to expend that amount of time but I figured I had no choice; I needed those freakin endorphins! And it paid off too. I’m happy to announce I’m over that hump and in a damn good mood to boot! Just goes to show yet again how exercise is good for you…
