So everyone picks the start of a new year to dedicate or re-dedicate themselves to a cause.
So before the the train passes me by I am jumping on! My goal this year is to be in the best shape of my life. I have always been great in the gym because I have no problem working my butt off.
Primarily I will be making most of my changes outside the gym. This means the partying will have to decrease. I am not going to stop all together because that would just be insane. I love to have a good time but all the drinking and partying has not helped me reach my goals. I will still have a good time but everything in moderation.
I hope to find a balance between eating food I like as well as eating food that will help me attain the best healthy physique possible.
All of this will take discipline which is exactly what I will gain in abundance for 2009 and beyond!
