i jus started takin NO2 (nitric oxide) today boy oh boi did i feel tha freak it was like someone inflated my muscles an i jus felt weightless yet so heavy it was crazi i did crazy sets cause i had NO2, Creatine, Weigh, oh yea and a Philly Cheesesteak inside of me …………boi i burned it off!!!!!!!!! i was in the gym for about an hour an fifteen minutes(the best workout ever. i also learned that my protien mixing proportions were all off i mixed like 16 ounces of milk with 1 scoop today i did 2 scoops with 8 ounces (im still feeling it about 2 and a half hours later)

but deffinetly today will be remembered for a long time …..if not by you …….DEFFINETLY by me!!!!!!

low calories and crazy cardio

wow today….or should i say yesterday was crazy i woke up about 9:35 in the morning and remembered i had to cut the lawn. we have somewahat of a huge property so i figured id use this as my cardio for the day. i had nothing to eat for breakfast except for about 2 and a half liters of water. i strapped on the ankle weights and it was off to the lawn i went. after about 3 hours of mowing i was exhausted i came inside took a shower then went to the scale. i lost 3% bodyfat and i was down a measly 1 and a half pounds. i was needless to say preety angry. i went to have 2 peaches and a penut butter sandwich so far it was 3:00 and i had injested about 430 calories for the day then my parents brought home pizza.You already know my face lit up like a lil boy on christmas. and i pigged out. this means 1 thing. tomorrow is gonna be a really ruff training day for me

back to tha gym

after workin out on and off throught my 10th grade year in highschool i decided to go steady withit just in time for my junior year. Only one thing im realizing the weights my well tuned muscles used to lift with ease are now all too heavy. in not working out i actually lost noticible strength. So now i have to start back at square 1. if you are like me and want to be health while lookin good for the ladies remember when you stop its twice as hard to start again because laziness sets in. if you do stop however start from square 1 to reaquaint your muscles with your routine.And remember its not over till you give up! happy training
