Bulking!
Monday, May 26th, 2008Currently i am planning on bulking, i weigh roughly 171 pounds and want to get around 180 pounds.
My plan is not to gain to much fat but i probably will gain some.
Diet:
2800-3000 calories
200g protein
100-150g carbs
50g healthy fats
i am planning on eating lots of clean foods, to add up to that with around 6 meals a day.
i am follwing the 5×5 program full body routine M W F
