200 lbs wtf
Not that its a bad thing! Been about 175-178 most of my 30’s I was trying to loose weight, But dammit I just kept adding muscle! I can’t complain though, I’m gonna try and adjust the diet in a couple weeks to get some abs, but I’m still trying to feed the muscle! Which is working haha. To all you naysayers who don’t think you can do it, you can!! I work out early in the morning at my gym and its mostly grey haired people, not that its a bad thing, thats just who is there at that time of day. I work out on Tue. and Fri. With a guy who will be 69 in a month! He’s an ex body builder when he was my age in the 80’s. We do dumbbell bench bench together, He’s up to 120’s which is crazy for his age and I just passed him up at 130’s last week! Your never to old or its never to late to get in to shape!!! Just do it!!
