Day 63 of 84 100K Transformation Challenge
Day 63 of 84 doing ok must say no to peanut butter but its so yummy rofl. Funny how there are things in your life you just love and have a hard time letting go of. Not sure why its peanut butter but it is. Tonight I am doing some HIIT and legs. I will have to be done in good time so I can get my butt to bed early. I have been sleeping so well that I crash and don't move till my alarm goes off. Can't wait to be able to sleep in on Friday. 2 more 12 hr shifts.
Try PB2 as an alternative! It is powdered peanut butter. Put it in your protein shake and you won't notice the difference between that an normal P.B. it is only 45 calories for2 tbsp, 1.5 gras of fat with 5 grams of protein!
Get it at Whole Foods in the peanut butter section. The chocolate PB2 is the bomb also!!!!
I have the PB2 LOL I like it but it doesn't melt on my bread HA HA!! Guess I like the fat. Thanks for the suggestion and yup it is healthy fats.
