Had a good workout tonight. It was really weird though, my heat rate has barely gotten over 46-50 for the last 3 days. 8 weeks ago it was around 65 and I worked hard on the Elliptical pushing a 20% incline and I couldn't gt my HR over 139. I was dripping sweat and pushing hard and it wouldn't go over that. HMMM maybe my body had a breakthrough. Was on the Elliptical for 30 minutes. Dead-lifts 12x 70lbs 12x 90lbs 10x 110lbs 10x 120lbs 10x 130lbs Should have went for 160lbs could have done it I felt really strong.
