Day 53 of 84, diet is going ok. I have been eating clean but, a little too much due to stress. Work seems to bring that about for sure. Tired of some people acting like 5 year olds, gotta love working with a bully. Might be time to find a new job. Can't deal with this too much longer it affects me way too much I am a grown up unfortunately some have this need to rattle and tell management everything and well, management is their best friend so I can't even talk to the person I should be able to for to that. Boy, what a tangled web I weave.
