100K Body Transformation Workout Feb 11, 2013
Decided I better do something since my motivation meter has taken a tumble. Nothing like feeling gross to make your motivation spiral down but, nothing like a good workout to bring it back up. Did a little different today. Leg Concentrated workout.

Yup I feel better today, I just keep on going and I know I am making progress lost another .25 on my thighs YAY
