The run was difficult for the simple fact is the treadmill did not have a quick speed adjust so I had to hold down the speed button let it climb and then when I was done let it come back down. It was very awkward and I didn't feel like I could focus on my run when I had to piss around with the controls so much. It was a frustrating run but, I finished it all the same and did well despite the issues I had. I don't let stuff hold me back. I push through it work with it and JUST GET IT DONE. Sure I could have quit, but that's not me and if I had I would have been pissed off all night.
I forgot my straps and hope and I was going to do dead's, what a piss off. I did get a good run in but, I wanted to kill my legs....SAD FACE!!
