Hello, I am doing my 4th consecutive food prep day. Love it on this weeks menu I have. Meat - Chicken - Turkey Veggies - Kale - cabbage - green beans - celery - sweet potato - squash - broccoli - chives - garlic - onions - peppers - asperagus - spagetti squash. Slow digestig carbs - Amarath - Quinoa - sprouted rice OHHH So Yummy. I have Organic GF Tomato sauce as well which will be so yummy. Pictures to follow. I bought new containers cause the other ones are really crappy to wash in the dishwasher.
